Walk
Leaving the A562, park at Yewtree Road and follow the path past the lake to the Mansion House. Here choose refreshments from the reader cafe or ice cream parlour (or food hatch if it is particularly busy). If you can leave the dog, be sure to admire the Japanese walled garden, otherwise take a stroll in the wooded area surrounding the house or the fields. Return to your car back along the path you used as you came into the park.

a beautiful park in an affluent part of South Liverpool
Calderstones is a large park with so many parts to explore, my dogs love the woodland area and of course the dog friendly cafe Plenty of parking in the car park, but if this is busy plenty of on road parking on one of the side streets
