Walk
Fonthill estate lake is an idyllic setting for an afternoon walk.
Update by the DwD team: there is public footpath access into Fonthill Park. Turn right out of the cafe and walk on the pavement as far as a bus stop. Take the next turn on the right and then look out for a Bridleway sign to the left just after Fonthill Farms.

Very nice little cafe with great food and a nice garden for the dog to run around in and splash about in the river. It's not enclosed so dogs might run straight from the car to the river!!

Cafe lovely but not a great walk
Cafe very dog friendly and there is a small Riverside garden. However the lake is mainly inaccessible on private land so it wasn't easy to do a proper walk from here.
