Description
Fairly gentle uphill walk through lovely Snowdonia scenery to a lake well hidden from the road. Can get muddy after heavy rainfall.

Walk
For a short walk of about a mile each way park on the small car park. To find this take the A493 out of Aberdovey and take the Cwrt turning before you reach Tywyn. From the car park follow the marked track past the farm buildings then up the hill. There are a few gates to negotiate. Watch out for sheep. Once you near the top of the hill you will find the lake - this will be your first view of it. Follow same path back to the car park. You can also walk directly from Aberdovey, this would be about 8 miles. OS map grid reference is SN 65275 98646
