Exploring new places
If this ticks your New Year resolution boxes, look no further. Explore by Paw dog walking weekends covers the lot!
Explore by Paw dog walking weekends is a friendly group of dog-walkers who get together for pack walks in some of the most exciting and scenic countryside in the UK.
The walks are led by experienced guides who know about dogs, and love sharing the countryside with other dog walkers.
A typical dog-walking day starts at 10 in the morning, with a relaxing walk of 3-4 miles before lunch in a dog-friendly pub or cafe. In the afternoon, we walk off lunch with a few more miles and return to the start point at around 3.30pm. Members of the group often get together for a drink and meal in the evening.
Explore by Paw dog walking weekends is a MeetUp group, so we're not a business - we're enthusiasts!
It costs nothing to join the group, and you organise your own accommodation for the weekend - we give you a list of dog-friendly places to stay, from campsites to luxury hotels, and the choice is yours.
The group is friendly and welcoming, and you and your dog can be sure of a warm welcome.
Weekends and mid-week breaks for 2016 include: Derbyshire White Peak walkies in March; the Chilterns, Scotland, Shakespeare Country (Warwickshire), The Cotswolds, seaside trip to Wales, and secret Dartmoor.
