A canine-themed takeover is barking its way to The Hopbine's sprawling pub garden.

The event on Saturday 28th September starts at 2pm and is FREE to attend. The pooch-themed party involves competitions that you can enter your dog in. Categories in the dog show include ‘Craziest Cross’  ‘Baddest Bitch’ and ‘Best Doggy Styler’ with some great prizes up for grabs. Enter at 2pm, competition kicks off at 3pm. £5 entry.

As well as plenty of keg stations and water bowls around, the event promises to keep your trusted companion cool in more ways than one. There will be fun activities to get involved in, plus you can commission a mini Pawtrait from talented Brighton artist and illustrator Lorna Wheele.

The afternoon will be rounded off with an Al fresco mouth-watering menu (for humans), music and a raffle with prizes including dog toys, treats and a bar tab.
