A quiet and peaceful woodland where dogs have plenty of sniffing and romping space. The only time it gets busy is during the bluebell season, otherwise this is tranquillity itself.

Atmospheric and dog-friendly ruined castle from the 14th century with a very exciting moat. Very good for children and dogs, with a playground in the public car park.
