Full Walk Details

The Thames Path will take you along the bank of the Thames as far as Streatley, approx 2 miles. Plenty of time for the dog to get the 'Three Men in a Boat' vibe. Montmorency, the best character in the book in our opinion, was a cat and water-hating Fox Terrier with a knack for disruption.  You should be safe from canine devilry if you stick to the Thames Path! Walk with the water on your left side and enjoy the stroll between the river and immaculately tended private gardens.  The path is surfaced near the start, and gradually becomes less wide and unsurfaced.
