Details

GPS coords for car park: 54.3696, -5.5826  WC+disabled, tea room (dogs on leads), picnic tables, info boards, NT shop, second hand bookshop. The Lobster Pot in the Strangford allows dogs on leads in the bar and outside tables.

Full Walk Details

There are five well-signed trails of varying lengths to follow, but these are shared with cyclists and horse riders. We particularly enjoyed the walk by Strangford Lough, a beautiful spot with good views of the castle. The grounds are open to those with mobility issues although there are a few steps to negotiate here and there.
