Map of A1(M) Junction 4 Walk

Walk length: 35-40 minutes

The paths through this atmospheric oak wood are well maintained, and easy to follow. We started at the metal gate by the dog poo bin and bore left, to walk with private land to the left on the edge of the wood.

This path is a circular one that leads around and through the wood, finally emerging at the parking bay again.

Symondshyde is clearly popular with local dogwalkers, and socially inquisitive dogs will have a fantastic time here crashing through the undergrowth in a very safe environment.
